Amanda Axelson

College Placement Director |

Amanda Axelson has lead the College Placement Program since 2017. Since then she has developed a program that benefits student-athletes of both academic and athletic post-high school aspirations. Over the past four years she has helped nearly 50 players commit to  play collegiate soccer across the country. As a Volunteer Assistant and alumna of the Seattle Pacific University Women's Soccer team, Amanda's understanding of the recruiting process and her connections within the collegiate soccer world are an invaluable resource for all of our student-athletes.

"Taking over as the College Placement Director has been my dream job. Helping players achieve their athletic and academic collegiate goals has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I truly believe that there is a place to play for every student athlete and I am willing to do whatever it takes to help our players find a college that is the right fit for them."

The ISC Gunners College Placement Program (CPP) is an interactive, player focused program aimed at ensuring all student-athletes have the chance to reach their goal of receiving a post-high school education.

With the success of our teams on the field, ISC Gunners is being recognized more and more as a place that develops players to be prepared to play at the collegiate level. With nearly 50 Gunners committing to play collegiately over the past four years and hundreds of former players currently pursuing four year degrees, we have developed our College Prep Program to ensure our players have all the information they need in order to find a school that fits both their athletic and academic goals.

While our College Prep Program is athletics focused, it is not only for kids looking to play collegiate soccer. The tools provided through our program can help kids research and select the best college fit for all their needs; academics, athletics, location, major, etc. Even if you are not planning on playing soccer in college, our College Prep Program can still help you find and prepare for your dream school.
