About Us

Mission Statement:

ISC Gunners is dedicated to providing superior programming and fostering the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of youth players of all skill levels through the sport of soccer in our community, state, and on the national stage, creating stronger, more confident players, future leaders, better people, and a love for the beautiful game.

Vision Statement:

ISC Gunners will provide professional training and coaching to our players, promote a professional working environment for our staff, utilize effective tools and technology to bolster training, and focus on the development and understanding of our coaches to provide an unsurpassed soccer experience and to relentlessly improve youth soccer for our players, families, and communities.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Equity:

Soccer is the world’s game. It is a universal language. Drop a ball at the feet of any person anywhere on the earth and they will kick it back. Instant connection. At ISC Gunners, we celebrate the diversity of beliefs and perspectives that our staff and players bring. We empower them to be their authentic selves. We take pride in the fact that we offer lifetimes of experience from all over the world to our Gunners family. Creating an equitable and inclusive culture helps us do our jobs better – building better humans. And we do it by connecting one pass at a time.

The Issaquah Soccer Club (ISC), located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, was founded in 1980 and is one of the largest youth soccer clubs in the Pacific Northwest. The club is dedicated to teaching our youth the remarkable game of soccer while promoting sportsmanship, discipline and teamwork. Today, ISC is home to over 300 youth soccer teams and helps more than 3000 children each year to learn, compete and grow as athletes and valuable members of the community.

We believe that every player should have the opportunity to play soccer at any level and ability. ISC is a full service Club offering programs that introduce players to the game at a very young age (U5) as well as providing development programs for players competing at the highest levels. The Club also has the women's U-23 team plays in the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL).
