Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Every year, typically in November, the Club holds an annual membership meeting. All members of the Club are invited to attend.
At the meeting we will review the activities of the previous year; provide an update on the finiacial position of the Club; hold elections for Board positions; and adjust any bylaws if needed. Each team is allowed one designated represtative to vote in any matters that come up at the meeting. Please check in with the staff upon arrival so they can confirm which team you are representing.
