CLUB REFUND POLICY

Refunds of registration fees will be issued in accordance with the following policy:

Premier Program

• Full Refund - within 7 days of registration without exception.
• Medical Refund - Refunds related to significant injury or illness will be granted only with medical documentation from a physician and will be prorated by month based on a 10 month season.
• Refunds for any other reason may only be granted at the sole discretion of the Executive Director in consultation with the DOC and the Board of Directors.
  

Select Program

• Full Refund - within 7 days of registration without exception.
• Medical Refund - Refunds related to significant injury or illness will be granted only with medical documentation from a physician and will be prorated by month based on a 6 month season. (e.g. June-November for Fall leagues; June-August and January-March for Spring leagues).
• Refunds for any other reason may only be granted at the sole discretion of the Executive Director in consultation with the DOC and the Board of Directors.

Recreational

• Full Refund - within 7 days of registration without exception or in the event that ISC is unable to place the player on a team.
• Medical Refund - Refunds related to significant injury or illness will be granted only with medical documentation from a physician and will be prorated by month based on a 4 month season.
• Refunds for any other reason may only be granted at the sole discretion of the Executive Director in consultation with the DOC and the Board of Directors.
