Dear Friend of ISC Gunners,
The ISC Gunners are excited to announce our Fourth Annual Auction and invites you to be a part of this highly anticipated event. We are soliciting donations to feature in the event and welcome your contribution of goods, services or experiences that will promote the club's fundraising success. Our auction will be held March 5th, 2016 at the Snoqualmie Casino Ballroom and we expect 300 distinguished guests to attend an exciting evening of fundraising and fun.
Our annual auction is the primary fundraising event for our non-profit club. The ISC Gunners were founded in 1980 and is one of the largest youth soccer clubs in the Pacific Northwest. The club is dedicated to teaching our youth the remarkable game of soccer while promoting sportsmanship, discipline and teamwork. Today, ISC is home to over 180 youth soccer teams and helps more than 2000 children each year to learn, compete and grow as athletes and valued members of our community. The money raised from the auction will help fund our scholarship program, improve our fields at the Lake Sammamish State Park and make it possible for ISC to continue to grow and provide programs that enable the youth of our community to develop their physical and life skills to meet the challenges of the future.
We are actively procuring goods and services to include in our auction. Your donation will not only help us meet our fundraising goals, but will provide you with valuable exposure to the club and the friends and families of over 2000 young athletes who live and play in your community. Thank you for helping us in the auction procurement process. Once you get started, you'll be surprised how many opportunities are out there. Involve your friends, family and colleagues - you'll be surprised what you come up with. Don't be afraid to ask - people love to help - especially when our great kids are the beneficiaries!
Does your company sponsor theater, events, or sports or hold corporate tickets? Ask if they'd be willing to contribute or ask contacts for a contribution. Can you assemble an interesting basket of items from local businesses? Are you a regular at a local business? Ask them what they can provide. Friends or family have timeshares, condos, rentals? Can they spare a week or weekend? Are you a frequent flier/customer, have a regular hotel or restaurant, favorite winery? Your loyalty is likely noticed - see if they'd be willing to contribute! Perhaps a donation of product or services from your company. Involve grandma and grandpa and all your sideline supporters in the hunt for items! Don't forget corporate matching funds!
