HIIT The LFC Gym w/ Director of Sports Performance, Laura Hoover!

For LFC members only, LFC offers parent workout classes in our LFC gym! The classes are 45 minutes of strength + cardio, consisting of a variety of exercises. Laura will lead the group through various stations of exercises that focus on general strength and also skills/techniques that are applicable to every day life. Every class starts with a dynamic warm up and ends with a cool down stretch. Any experience level is welcome, Laura will work with each individual to ensure they are getting a safe and effective workout!

Tuesday’s 9:30am - 10:15am

Thursday’s 11:00am - 11:45am
