Team Formations & Coach Assignments:
\n\nTeams will be formed per the registration buddy requests and by school. Please note that we do our very best to meet all buddy requests, but these are not guaranteed. Formed teams will train together each week. All teams will need a volunteer parent coach. Coaches will apply for days, times and locations for training. There must be a parent to coach the team or the team will not form.
\n\nTeam formations & coach assignments will be finalized by August 2nd. You will know which team you have been rostered on via your PlayMetrics account.

Team Field Assignments:
\n\nMicro teams will NOT train throughout the duration of the program. All games will be played at Central Park.

\nMarch 4th: Jersey Day! Show your colors and wear your ISC jersey to school!
\nMarch 5th: First day of games for U7 - U12.
\n\nLocation: Lake Sammamish State Park.
\nApril 4th: Last week of practices for all rec teams.
\nApril 8th: Last Friday night MICRO (U5 & U6).
\nApril 9th: Last Saturday of games for U7 - U12
\nMay 1st: Mandatory Equipment Return: Please return all cones and pinnies to LSSP or Central Park fields - Date and specific location to be communicated by Rec. Directors
\nPlease wash all pinnies and make sure the equipment is clean and dry.
\nMay 3rd: Registration Opens - All Age Groups (U4-U12).
